Regional Sales Manager
Position Title: Regional Sales Manager
Organization: KEYWINS International Sales Dep.
Position Location: Sales center, No.199, Beicun Road, Zhelin Town, Fengxian District, Shanghai City
Posting will expire on: November 31, 2007
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Meet or exceed sales quota for the territory through direct, OEM, and distribution sales channels
2. Assign and manage sales quotas for all sales channels
3. Review inventory levels with stocking distribution on a quarterly basis to verify minimum levels are met and assist in slow moving stock returns
4. Develop OEM accounts in the territory
5. Responsible for direct sales calls on A&E firms and national corporate accounts
6. Conduct product training
7. Maintain quote log with documented results of all projects
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above preferred or equivalent industry experience with valves.
2. Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
3. 4+ years industrial outside sales experience preferably in the valve distribution market
4. Ability to forecast sales on a monthly basis and develop annual sales plans for the territory
5. Must be comfortable promoting products in all levels of end user organizations
6. Ability to travel 50% throughout the territory with limited international travel
